“This is the most beautiful piece of heaven. Its brilliantly built and real effort has gone into making it fit into the surrounding orchard.. apples, pears, blackberries all around. The little extras are fab… loads of candles, extra blankets, fairy lights… just make it so special. Loved cooking on the kamado – first time took a little getting used to, but then it was perfect (bbq’d breakfast, yum!). We used the campstove to boil the kettle and the flask to keep hit water easily accessible. The Tin Shed is a gorgeous place… calming, peaceful, restorative… loved it!!!”

“If you’re considering a stay at The Tin Shed, look no further. IT IS A MUST! Tara has been amazing from the moment of booking through to making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had the most special time, relaxing, off grid for my birthday weekend and our first time glamping as a family. Tara has thought about everything. This place is so special. We truly loved every element of the site. The outdoor kitchen is incredible, cooking over a campfire or using the Komodo grill was so much fun. The bell tent feels like the camping version of a 5* hotel, it’s designed so beautifully, as is the tin shed itself. We all slept very well. We enjoyed the wood fired hottub bath so much that Glen got up early on our last day to fire it up for one last go before we checked out. We are vegan and Tara added extra touch like leaving an oat milk in the fridge for us. Cheffing at The Tin Shed made us the most delightful scone hamper. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!”

“From start to finish this was easily one of the best staycation breaks I’ve ever had. Tara was easy and pleasant to deal with, clearly communicated instructions for the stay and ‘house rules’ were fair and reasonable. The site was clean and tidy, the bell tent we stayed in was cosy and comfy (I need to know where the bedding was from!), kitchen was more than equipped for cooking on the bbq (plus a fresh bowl of fruit straight from the site) and there were little provisions we hadn’t expected – local fresh eggs and fresh milk amongst other things. The Tin Shed itself is so unique and quirky with a convenient multi charger – no need to take your phone charger! Spare candles etc were all available. But the absolute ultimate favourite feature was the bath. Tara came and lit the fire to heat it for us and after just over an hour it was boiling hot and ready for a soak. Candles, the outdoors and a nice warm soak – what more do you need? Overall, a truly unforgettable trip and we will definitely be returning.”

“What a beautiful and amazing place Tara’s Tin Shed is. We absolutely adore our stay here! The area was secluded and private, perfect for the two of us to feel like we were in the middle of nowhere. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a delicious breakfast on the bbq, and had the fire pit going in the evening. Tara was an amazing host and answered all of our questions very promptly! I would highly recommend staying here! An amazing find. *****”
